Ryan Day's emotional confession and the $1M promise that's changing lives
Ryan Day has built a reputation for leading Ohio State with intensity, strategy, and passion. But his biggest move this year didn't happen on the football field-it happened in a far more personal space.
Alongside his wife, Nina, Day recently pledged $1 million to The Christina and Ryan Day Fund for Pediatric and Adolescent Mental Wellness. The donation will go toward research and treatment at Ohio State's Wexner Medical Center and College of Medicine, reinforcing his long-standing mission to improve mental health support for young people.

"It was a January day, and it just kind of happened,"Day recalled in a past interview."It was a shock, I just remember the shock on people's faces. It was one of those moments that you obviously won't forget."
