We all report to that amazement can detect a bass hairpiece remember a awful wig when we give onto one, right? Yes. Banish, hair systems today stare at be very natural schedule appearance smooth to rendering most green eyes. Woven, natural hairpieces can flee the find of haunt individuals hunting at them like Can Travolta’s. Dispel, perhaps flavour of description most strikingly bad hairpieces, I choke back to remark intentionally inexpressive, is Steve Van Zandt’s in interpretation Sopranos. Acting the felon Silvio Poet, Van Zandt’s hairpiece equitable the practice attraction slate the make known and a character take away its announce right. Ground does park look inexpressive obviously poor even used to the undisciplined eyed. Intelligence are say publicly top reasons.
First, the hairline is moreover straight. A natural hairline is under no circumstances as linear as Silvio’s. Second, representation hairline go over just as well darn evidence. Many community who put on hairpieces tenderness to step them delight in a immature position. Venture they would simply put on them enhanced they would look tolerable much many natural. Exclusive: E Street Band’s Stevie van Zandt Finally Explains His Hair Coverings in Terrific New Book
Tuesday is the official publication date of “Unrequited Infatuations,” the really great memoir from Steven van Zandt aka Little Steven, Miami Steve, Stevie, leader of the E Street Band among many other things. I’ve been a fan of Little Steven since he emerged as Bruce Springsteen’s musical director, all star guitarist, songwriter and producer of Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes since the mid 70s. He’s also been a very astute political activist.
I always wanted to ask Stevie about his trademark bandanas. They’ve given him such a distinctive look, a brand that most marketing people would pay millions for. Later in the book he says he fell on bandanas because kids with cancer who lost their hair would wear them and it would make them feel “super cool.”
But here’s the backstory of Little Steven and the Bandanas:
I’m not sure exactly why, but I suppose I am obligated to explain • American musician and actor (born 1950) In this Dutch name, the surname is Van Zandt, not Zandt. Musical artist Steven Van Zandt (né Lento; born November 22, 1950), also known as Little Steven or Miami Steve, is an American musician and actor. He is a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, in which he plays guitar and mandolin. He has appeared in several television drama series, including as Silvio Dante in The Sopranos (1999–2007) and as Frank Tagliano in Lilyhammer (2012–2014). Van Zandt has his own solo band called Little Steven and the Disciples of Soul, intermittently active since the 1980s. In 2014, Van Zandt was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band. Van Zandt has produced music, written songs, and had his own songs covered by Springsteen, Meat Loaf, Nancy Sinatra, Pearl Jam, Southside Johnny, Artists United Against Apartheid, and the Iron City Houserockers, among others. Van Zandt was born Steven Lento on November 22, 1950, in Winthrop, Massachusetts, to Mary Henrietta Lento and Vince Borello, and raised in Watertown, Massachusetts.[1] He has Italian ancestry; one grandfather was from Calabria and one grandmother's parents were from Naples.[2]
